Techniques 101 - Part 1
One of the most common areas that I address with new sex coaching clients is positions. Not all positions work for all clients. For example, I have had a client with partial paralysis who could only use one position, so in their case I just taught them how to use it more effectively. But most of my clients benefit from having 2-4 go-to positions.
When it comes to positions, my favorite resource to teaching clients is ChristianFriendlySexPositions.com. The owners have graciously allowed me to use their images for my instructional purposes. The great thing about their site is that they use stick figures to illustrate different positions and they now have over 300 positions. They also have fun things like their Position of the Week Newsletter. Go check them out!
But 300 positions can be a bit daunting. So let’s break it down. For starters, there are three basic types of positions: man-on-top, woman-on-top, and man-from-behind positions. We can expand on these to add: kneeling, seated, side-by-side, spooning, and standing positions.
Most couples are familiar with three: missionary, doggy, and cowgirl, but things could be better. So here are the alternatives I have found to be the most effective in making things more enjoyable for both.

Missionary
This is one of the basic and universally used positions, but it can be difficult for the husband to maintain a steady rhythm.
