Catholic Sex Coaching
When was the last time you and your spouse had great sex?
When was the last time you and your spouse were both able to climax?
When was the last time you felt deeply connected to your spouse?
If your answer to any of the above questions is something like “Never,” “It's been so long I can't remember,” or “That was months/years ago,” and you are ready to change that, then sex coaching may be right for you.
It's time to stop settling for mediocre or bad sex.
It's time to stop going through the motions of being married.
It's time to get on with your happily ever after.
Testimonials
Whitney D.
“We went from just coexisting to meeting each other again, and now we're living with a renewed sense of purpose. I used to see sex as an obligation that I had to fulfill, but now it's something that I look forward to and enjoy a lot - just like when we were newly married and without children lol.”
Young Catholic Wife and Mother
“James is an understanding, non judgmental, and motivating coach in every way. He offers many ideas to find solutions and helps you work through whatever you want to accomplish.”
Lukas and Jessica
“My wife and I tried so hard timing a child that sex became a chore. When we were successful, her body changed, and the act became uncomfortable. We heard that sex was good while pregnant for the body and relationship and we needed advice. Many of the online resources were in opposition to our faith and we are so glad we found Catholic Intimacy. We immediately related to James as he was of our faith, a former teacher, and soon to have children himself. Building a sexual vocabulary with him has helped my wife and I into different positions to enjoy sex again through pregnancy and into postpartum. We are so glad we did the block package because we realized that sex can be a reflection of how our relationship is and he has continued to help us grow closer together outside of the bedroom.”

Will You Work With Us?
While most of my clients Catholic married couples, you do not have to be Catholic or even married to meet with me. I will help any adult to grow in their relationships.
I will work with one spouse alone, if the other is not ready for coaching.
I can work with spouses individually.
I also offer pre-marriage and pre-courtship coaching.
I have experience coaching everyone from people still discerning marriage to couples in their seventies.
Do We Really Need This?
That’s a great question! The difference between a want and a need often comes down to whether you're willing to accept the status quo. You might not need coaching in the sense that your marriage is on the brink—but ask yourself, are you truly satisfied with where things are now? Small struggles in intimacy don’t stay small. Over time, misunderstandings grow, distance widens, sexual frustration festers, and what could have been a source of joy turns into a source of frustration.
The real question is: Are you okay living the rest of your marriage exactly as it is today?
If the answer is no, then why wait? Investing in your intimacy now means investing in a stronger, more connected, and more fulfilling future together. Coaching isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about making the good even better and ensuring your marriage thrives in every way.

What’s the Right Coaching Track for Me?
There are a lot of factors that will determine which is the right form of coaching for you. So, I’ve listed some of them below.
Intimacy Support Groups
-
Not urgent: marriage is generally health, but there is room for improvement
Typically, couples who are in crisis/high risk will not be a good fit for group coaching. They will be better served by the focused, tailored services of individual/couples coaching.
-
Group coaching is $29 for one spouse or $49 for a couple per month.
-
You only pay for one month at a time. You are free to cancel your subscription whenever you are ready.
-
Group sessions generally follow the same structure each week and the topics are planned in a specific sequence months in advance.
-
Once you set up your subscription, you will be added to the group and be able to join in the online and offline conversations almost immediately.
-
Fixed:
Women’s Group: Tuesdays at 8 p.m. Central time
