I work primarily with Catholic married couples.
I will work with one spouse alone, if the other is not ready for coaching.
I also offer pre-marriage prep and pre-courtship coaching.
You do not have to be Catholic or even married to meet with me. I will help any adult to grow in their relationships.

About Me
As a professional Catholic Relationship & Sex Coach, I am passionate about guiding people to deeper intimacy in their marriages. With a foundation rooted in my education in Catholic theology, further studies in marriage and family therapy, and ABS Sexologist certification, I bring a unique perspective to the realm of intimacy coaching. My approach is holistic, addressing all facets of intimacy—physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual—recognizing their interconnectedness in fostering fulfilling relationships. Whether clients are grappling with obstacles hindering intimacy or seeking to enhance already thriving connections, I provide personalized guidance and support to help them navigate their journey towards deeper intimacy within the framework of Catholic moral teachings.
