Catholic Intimacy does not offer any medical or therapeutic services.

However, we are keenly aware of the effects that medical and mental health conditions, especially trauma can have on intimacy. Thus, we would like to recommend some options.

Megan utilizes an exercise called Screaming At Trees to provide an emotional release without harm to others. This practice became a theme of Megan's work- allowing clients to safely let out their hurts in order to feel empowered.

Megan is accepting new clients and accepts both self-pay and various insurances. She offers both in-person therapy at her office in Saint Louis and tele-therapy to clients physically located in Missouri, Idaho, and Florida.

The ideal client is currently struggling with trauma, grief, attachment or family concerns, or Bipolar or Borderline Personality concerns. This client has maybe sought out treatment in the past, but is looking for someone to challenge them, be honest, and provide interactive conversation to facilitate growth and change, not just head nodding. The ideal client would want to dig deeper than surface level stressors in order to promote life long contentment.

Megan offers a safe place to process through and challenge the negative beliefs and events that have impacted your life in order to turn them into your greatest asset for resiliency. Megan is trained in military culture, trauma and grief, mood and personality disorders, and sees children, adolescents, and adults.

Megan often says finding a therapist is like finding your favorite pair of pants. Some jeans are the right size to just get the job done, others are a complete wrong fit, but your therapist should fit like your favorite pair, hugging all of your curves and assets to make you feel great about yourself.
